When we began this project, Capital One was still a very new client. They had no strategy or KPIs other than “make us look cool.” Slowly we walked them through some basic strategic ways in and landed on a Cloud Cone parlor at Pier Parties and the Capital One Cider Tree at the Grand Tasting. Both were a huge hit with crowds and we have since grown our relationship with Capital One exponentially.
